Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is as follows:

• 100% Refund: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled tour departure are eligible for a full refund.
• 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before the scheduled tour departure are eligible for a 50% refund.
• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure are not eligible for a refund.

Please note: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (via email to paulaonwheels@gmail.com or our message to our whatsapp). Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
